This Shipping Policy describes the production timelines, shipping methods, and rates for orders fulfilled through Printogo's platform within the United States. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. PRODUCTION TIMES
Printogo operates as a print-on-demand platform. Every product is manufactured individually once an order is placed.
Current Production Estimates by Product Category:
| Product Category | Estimated Production Time |
|---|---|
| Phone Cases | Typically within 24 hours of order placement (excluding weekends and public holidays) |
| Apparel (T-shirts, etc.) | 3-7 business days |
Peak Season Notice: During high-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), production times may extend. Please check your Dashboard for real-time updates.
2. SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES
We ship exclusively within the United States. Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Transit Time.
Estimated Transit Times by Region:
| Destination | Standard Shipping (Business Days) |
|---|---|
| United States | 3-5 business days |
Combined Delivery Estimate Example (US Standard Apparel Order):
- Production: 3-7 business days
- Shipping Transit: 3-5 business days
- Total Estimated Door-to-Door: 6-12 business days
3. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated based on product type, weight, dimensions, and destination. Printogo charges shipping fees per order, which the Merchant pays at the time the order is triggered for fulfillment.
Rate Structure: Printogo utilizes a per-item shipping rate structure common to the print-on-demand industry, with a "first item" charge and a reduced "each additional item" charge for multi-item orders.
Sample US Shipping Rates (General Apparel):
| Quantity | Rate Structure |
|---|---|
| First Item | Starting from $4.75 |
| Each Additional Item | Starting from $2.40 |
Note: Actual rates vary by product category and destination. The Merchant Dashboard will display the calculated shipping cost for each order before confirmation. Rates are subject to change based on carrier adjustments; changes will not affect orders already confirmed for production.
Shipping Rate Transparency: We encourage Merchants to regularly reconcile their shipping charges against their storefront pricing. Factors such as multi-provider order splitting and destination-specific surcharges can cause actual shipping costs to vary.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country. Printogo supports two shipping terms for international fulfillment:
4.1 DDU/DAP (Delivered Duty Unpaid / Delivered at Place)
For most international destinations, Printogo ships on a DDU/DAP basis by default. Under this arrangement:
- The shipping charges paid at checkout cover transportation costs only.
- The recipient (end-customer) is the importer of record and is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), and any other charges levied by the destination country's customs authority.
- These charges, if applicable, are typically collected by the carrier at the time of delivery or shortly before.
- Printogo cannot predict or control whether any particular shipment will incur customs charges, nor the amount of such charges.
4.2 DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
For specific regions where available (such as the European Union and the United Kingdom), Printogo may offer DDP shipping. Under DDP:
- Applicable VAT, duties, and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.
- Printogo remits these charges to the relevant customs authorities on behalf of the recipient.
- The recipient should not be required to pay additional customs fees upon delivery.
Availability of DDP: DDP is not available for all destination countries. The Merchant Dashboard will indicate whether DDP is available for a given order at the time of placement.
4.3 Merchant Responsibility
As the Merchant of Record, you are responsible for understanding and clearly communicating to your end-customers which shipping terms apply to their orders and that they may be liable for additional customs charges on DDU/DAP shipments. Failure to inform customers of potential customs liabilities may result in delivery refusal, abandoned packages, and loss of the order without eligibility for refund (see Refund Policy, Section 3).
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be generated and made available in your Printogo Merchant Dashboard. Tracking numbers are provided by the respective carrier. Tracking updates are dependent on carrier scanning and reporting, and may experience delays, particularly for international shipments during customs processing.
It is the Merchant's responsibility to share tracking information with end-customers where applicable.
6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Printogo ships to most countries worldwide. However, certain destinations may be restricted or temporarily suspended due to legal restrictions, carrier limitations, or world events. Printogo does not ship to the following destinations as of the date of this policy:
- Russia
- Belarus
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions of Ukraine
- North Korea
- Iran
- Syria
- Cuba
This list may change without prior notice based on evolving legal and operational circumstances. If an order is placed with a shipping address in a restricted destination, Printogo will notify the Merchant and cancel the affected order.
7. ADDRESS ACCURACY & ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Address Accuracy: The Merchant is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at the time of order placement. Printogo is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the Merchant. If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, no refund will be issued for the product or shipping costs. Re-shipment will require a new order at the Merchant's expense.
Address Changes: Once an order has been placed, address changes may be possible if the order has not yet entered the production phase. Address change requests should be submitted as promptly as possible through the Merchant Dashboard. Once production has begun, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled through the Merchant Dashboard only if they have not yet entered production. Once production has started, cancellation is generally not possible.
8. SHIPPING DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS
Split Shipments: Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled from different production facilities and may arrive in separate packages at different times.
Lost or Stolen Packages: For packages confirmed lost by the carrier, please refer to our Refund Policy for eligibility and claim procedures. Printogo is not responsible for packages that are marked "Delivered" by the carrier but reported as not received by the end-customer.
Customs Delays: International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, which can cause delays beyond the estimated transit times. Printogo has no control over and assumes no liability for delays caused by customs processing, customs detention, or customs clearance procedures.
Carrier Delays: Printogo relies on third-party carriers (including but not limited to USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL) for delivery. Printogo is not liable for carrier delays, service disruptions, or delivery failures caused by factors beyond our control, including weather events, natural disasters, labor disputes, or operational disruptions at carrier facilities.
Force Majeure: Printogo shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance of shipping obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, as further described in our Terms of Service.
9. SEASONAL & PEAK PERIOD NOTICE
During high-volume holiday periods, both production and shipping transit times may extend beyond standard estimates. Key periods include Black Friday through Cyber Monday and the weeks leading up to Christmas. We strongly recommend that Merchants:
- Check their Printogo dashboard for real-time production time updates during peak seasons.
- Set earlier order deadlines in their storefronts for guaranteed pre-holiday delivery.
- Clearly communicate adjusted timelines to end-customers.
